RESOLUTION CANCELLING COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR
PID NO. 19-117-21-31-0047, 19-117-21-31-0048, 19-117-21-31-0055 & 19-117-21-31-0061,
LEVY NO. 18437
WHEREAS, the City previously ordered City Project No. 12-10, 2013 Street and Utility
Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, Council adopted Resolution No. 2013-007 adopting the special assessments
against benefitted lands; and
WHEREAS, it was determined that these properties received no benefit; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. Special Assessment for PID No. 19-117-21-31-0047 Levy No. 18437 is hereby
cancelled;
2. Special Assessment for PID No. 19-117-21-31-0048 Levy No. 18437 is hereby
cancelled;
3. Special Assessment for PID No. 19-117-21-31-0055 Levy No. 18437 is hereby
cancelled; and
4. Special Assessment for PID No. 19-117-21-31-0061 Levy No. 18437 is hereby
cancelled.
Adopted by the City Council this 6t' day of May, 2014.
