AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, May 6, 2014
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:
x Mayor Maxwell x City Manager Mike Mornson
x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Molly Cummings x Council Member Kristi Halverson
x Steve Stadler
Council member Cummings had questions on when the new day care will open on Mainstreet.
Council member Cummings inquired about a tour of o�erations and maintenance and the facility
for Light Rail. City Manager replied it will be May 20t at 3:00 pm.
City Manager Mornson update:
• Amy Domeier is the new City Clerk. She is currently the clerk for the City of Rosemount.
Her first day is Monday, May 19cn
• City Manager talked discussed with council the city booth for Mainstreet Days. It was
decided that there will be no city booth for Mainstreet Days. Council discussed having one
for Raspberry Days, but decided not to and will work at the Police and Fire booths.
• City Manager stated that there was a discussion of Cottageville Park. Schedule was discussed
and Mike reminded the council of the upcoming council meetings relating to Light Rail.
• City Manager stated that there was a discussion on food trucks for the Farmers Market.
There being no further business Council member Cummings moved and Council member
Youakim seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
8:45 pm.
