AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, May 20, 2014
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:
x Mayor Maxwell x City Manager Mike Mornson
x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Molly Cummings x Council Member Kristi Halverson
x Steve Stadler, PW Director
City Manager Mornson update:
Mike provided an update on the Blake road study to date.
Mike updated the council on several other activities that are occurring throughout the city.
Mike reviewed the upcoming budget meeting with the council. He and the Finance Director,
Christine Harkess will be having one-on-one meetings with department heads to go over
requests.
Steve Stadler provided update on Cottageville Park open house.
There being no further business Council member Youakim moved and Council member
Gadd seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 8:15
pm.
