AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, July 1, 2014
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:

x Council Member Jason Gadd Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Molly Cummings x Council Member Kristi Halverson
x E& D Director, Kersten Elverum x PW Director, Steve Stadler
City Manager Mornson Update:
City Manager Mornson updated the council on the PPL project off Blake Road. The public
hearing is scl�eduled for the July Planning Commission.
• City Manager Mornson stated 50 people attended the Blake Road open house.
• City Manager Mornson stated that the police department "Operation Recess Program" will be
printed in a national publication.
Public Works Director, Steve Stadler provided updates on the flooding in the city.
Economic Director, Kersten Elverum provided updates on the development occurring in the City.
There being no further business Council member Halverson moved and Council member
Cummings seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
9:20 pm.
