RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 2012-10
WHEREAS, pursuant to the contract with the City dated February 14, 2013, Ryan
Contracting, Incorporated has satisfactorily completed construction of the 2013 Street and Utility
Improvements Project, commonly known as City Project 2012-10, in accordance with such
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's receipt
in full.
