RESOLUTION NO. 2014-068
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF HENNEPIN COUNTY
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUND FOR THE OXFORD APARTMENTS
PROJECT
WHEREAS the City of Hopkins has approved land use approvals for the Oxford
Apartments project submitted by Project for Pride in Living; and
WHEREAS Project for Pride in Living has submitted an Environmental Response Fund
grant application to the Hennepin County Department of Environmental Services; and
WHEREAS the applicant has requested the City's support in their application for
Hennepin County Environmental Response Fund grant funding
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, after appropriate examination and due
consideration, the governing body of the City finds that the City of Hopkins approves the
use of Hennepin County Environmental Response Fund for the Oxford Apartments
project, for which an application is being submitted by Project for Pride in Living
Hennepin County Department of Environmental Services.
