ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 610 SWIMMING POOLS
OF THE HOPKINS CITY CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hopkins City Code, Section 610 is repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. The effective date of this ordinance shall be the date of publication.

Second Reading: November 5, 2014
Date of Publication: November 13, 2014
Date Ordinance Takes Effect: November 13, 2014
