AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday October 21, 2014
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at g��� pm
Present at the meeting were:

x Devl. Coordinator Meg Beekman x Public Works Director Steve Stadler
x PED Director Kersten Elverum x Addison Vang (Intern)
Council Member Molly Cummings statcd that the Historical Society meeting is Sunday, October
26, 2014.
City Manager Mornson stated that the building owners where the county Hub is located maybe
applying for a sign vat•iance.
City Manager Mornson updated council on the possibility of new business locatin� in Hopkins.
City Managet• Mornson reviewed information with council on process for council vacancy.
City Manager Mornson recapped a meeting that he attended on Monday, October 20`�' at the
Avenues.
Meg Beekman, Kersten Elverum and Steve Stadler talked to the council about t•e-directing
CDBG money to help with the development of Cottageville Park Council was ok with
proceeding.
Meg also updated council on mobile phone application. Gouncil was ok with Meg continuing
working with the company.
There being no further business Council meinber Youakim moved and Council Member Gadd,
seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjout-ned by unanimous consent at
9:05 pm
