AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, January 20, 2015
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:

x City Manager Mike Morrison
x Council Member Jason Gadd
x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Molly Cummings
x Council Member Kristi Halverson
Council member Jason Gadd gave an update on Beyond the Yellow Ribbon. He stated that they
will be trying to get more business involvement. He also stated that the change control meeting
for SWLRT is on January 261n
Council member Molly Cummings gave an update on the BRCC process for work on continued
staffing for 2015.
City Manager Mornson update:
• Reminded council of upcoming schedule for the next two weeks and reviewed the State of the
City questions.
• Century Link meeting is on Monday, January 261n
• Superintendent John Schulz will be talking to me about a building at Cottageville Park.
There being no further business Council member Halverson moved and Council member
Cummings seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
8:50 pm.
