RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF CONTRACT
2015 MAINSTREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 2014-08
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that
the lowest bid of S.M. Hentges and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $4,696,538.90 is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2015 Mainstreet Improvements, City Project 2014-08, and the Mayor and
City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and
on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 17th day of February, 2015.
