RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that Hopkins Police Department enter into a grant agreement with the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, for the DWI Officer grant,
during the period from March 16, 2015 through September 30, 2019.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Captain Brent Johnson and his successor on staff, is hereby
authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the
project on behalf of the Hopkins Police Department and to be the fiscal agent and administer the
grant.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the Hopkins City Council of the City of
Hopkins on March 16, 2015.
