RESOLUTION 2015-030
APPROVING THE MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT FOR MINNESOTA
COURT DATA SERVICES FOR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins desires to continue to improve efficiencies through participating in a
paperless court process with the Minnesota Judicial Branch; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Judicial Branch is committed to ensuring non-court governmental
agencies have appropriate access to court records and documents.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota
that the Mayor is authorized to execute the Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services
for Government Agencies.
