ORDINANCE NO. 80-484
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1030 OF THE
1977 HOPKINS CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING
TO GARBAGE, RUBBISH, SANITATION, LITTER AND
STORAGE REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
as follows:
That Section 1030 of the 1977 Hopkins Code of Ordinances be
and is hereby amended as follows :
That Section 1030 : 35, Subdivision (c) is hereby amended to
read as follows :
(c) Charges for Collection by City. The following charges
for the following services performed by the City shall be charged by
the City and paid upon billing therefor:
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS,
DUPLEXES AND TRAILER COURT
$4. 70 per month per unit
Addition back in charge of $4. 00 per month
EFFECTIVE DATE
The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force, regarding all bills rendered from and after January 1, 1981.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Hopkins held on December 9 , 1980, and finally read, approved, adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council of said City
on December 16, 1980.
