• AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V, SECTION
500 : 00 OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS 1977 CODE
OF ORDINANCES RE: THEATRE LICENSE FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
as follows:
That Chapter V, Section 500 : 00 of the 1977 Code of Ordinances
of the City of Hopkins, be and is hereby amended as to those certain
license or permit fees in the Subdivision numbers hereinafter appearing
as follows:

First Auditorium(less than 700 seats)
Per Year 100
Additional Auditorium,same bldg.
411 Per Year 50
SECTION 2 . That the provisions of this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after January 1, 1981.
SECTION 3. That said Section 500 : 00 of said 1977 Code of
Ordinances of the City of Hopkins, except as herein changed and amended,
remains in full force and effect.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Hopkins held the 9th day of December 1980, and finally read, approved,
adopted, and ordered published at a regular meeting held the 16th day
of December 1980.
