ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF THE
NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 5 ,
WEST MINNEAPOLIS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
That the following described thoroughfare in the following designated
area of the City of Hopkins , viz:
That part of the north-south alley in Block 5 , West Minneapolis , lying
between the extensions across it of the northerly boundary line of
Lot 10 and the southerly boundary line of Lot 17, all in said Block 5 ,
West Minneapolis.
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public thoroughfare .
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins
held on August 5 , 1980, and finally read, approved, adopted and or.- ed published
at a regular meeting of said Council of said City on August 19, 980. •
