AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE REMAINING PART
OF 14TH AVENUE SOUTH STARTING AT 5TH STREET
SOUTH AND CONTINUING SOUTH FOR 288. 34 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, as follows:
That the following described portion of 14th Avenue South
in the City of Hopkins described as :
That part of 14th Avenue South lying between
the extension across it of the north line of
Lot 24, Block 1, and the south line of Lot 20,
Block 1, in L. P. Crevier' s First Addition to
West Minneapolis,
110 be and the same is vacated.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Hopkins held on May 6, 1980, and finally read, approved, adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting f szi. Council of said
City on May 20, 1980.
