ORDINANCE NO. 80-474
AN . ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1030 OF THE 1977 HOPKINS
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO GARBAGE, RUBBISH,
SANITATION, LITTER AND STORAGE REGULATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, as
follows:
That Section 1030 of the 1977 Hopkins Code of Ordinances be and is
hereby amended as follows:
That Section 1030:35, Subdivision 1, (c) is hereby amended to read
as follows :
(c) Charges for Collection by City. The following charges for the
following services performed by the City shall be charged by the City and paid
upon billing therefor:
41 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS
$4. 50 per month
Addition back in charge of $1. 20 per month.
MULTI-FAMILY AND TRAILER COURT
Dumpster Service - $2. 50 per dwelling unit
per month.
Can service - $3. 40 per dwelling unit per
month
Trailer Court - $3 . 40 per dwelling unit per
month
COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL
Charges for disposal from commercial or
industrial sites shall be calculated
by the use of the following schedule:

Boxes - The weekly charge shall be calculated based on crew
time expended.
EFFECTIVE DATE
The provisions of this Ordinance which shall take effect and be in
ce from and after September 1, 1980.
