RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH
HOPKINS PROJECT INC. PERTAINING TO
GRANT FOR FAMILY VIOLENCE PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has heretofore authorized the appropriation of
certain monies from the Community Development Block Program and the transfer thereof
to Hopkins Project Inc. , for the institution and management of a Family Violence
Project in the City of Hopkins and the transfer of certain funds from the Community
Development Block Program to Hopkins Project Inc. for said purposes.
IIINOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Contract for said Project,which
is hereto attached and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the City Manager
are hereby authorized and empowered to sign and execute said Contract for and on behalf
of the City of. Hopkins.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held on the 22nd day of Januar y 1980.
