AN ORDINANCE AMENDING HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 427 BY REZONING PART OF LOT 90, AUDITOR'S
SUBDIVISION NO. 239, AND OF TRACT A, R.L.S. 1086,
FROM Il to B4
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 427.51 of the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance
No. 427, be and the same is hereby changed and amended as follows:
All that part of Lot 90, Auditor's Subdivision No. 239,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying east of the easterly line of Tract F,
Registered Land Survey No. 1086, Files of the Registrar of Titles of
Hennepin County, Minnesota; and the northerly 80 feet of Tract A,
Registered Land Survey No. 1086, Files of the Registrar of Titles of
Hennepin County, Minnesota, is hereby removed from the Il Use and added
to and made a part of the B4 Use.
SECTION 2. That the "HOPKINS OFFICIAL ZONING MAP" is hereby
amended and changed in conformity herewith.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Hopkins, held on September 19, 1978, and finally read, approved,
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
of said City on October 3, 1978.
