A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER BY QUIT CLAIM DEED
OF TRACT C, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 1143
TO SUPER VALU STORES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins is presently the owner of a
parcel of land situated in the City of Hopkins, legally described as:
Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 1143,
Files of the Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin, Minnesota,
which parcel has been used as a public alley, and
WHEREAS, said premises are no longer necessary for or used
as such public thoroughfare.
• NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved by the City Council of
the City of Hopkins, that the City of Hopkins transfer and assign by
proper deed, the title to said above described premises to Super Valu
Stores, Inc. , and that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Hopkins are hereby authorized and empowered for and in behalf of said
City of Hopkins, to sign and execute such deed of conveyance.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1978.
