1111) RESOLUTION NO. 77-2556
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING
FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 77-2553 of the Council adopted
January 4, 1977, a report has been prepared by John Strojan, City Engineer, with
reference to the improvement on Drillane Road; Drillane Road North; Drillane
Road South; Drillane Circle by the installation of ornamental street lights
thereon and this report was received by the Council on February 1, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Hopkins.,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessment of Lots 1 thru 7, inclusive, Lots
10 thru 15, inclusive, Block 1, Drillane; Lots 1 thru 4, inclusive, Block 2,
Drillane; Lots 1 thru 5, inclusive, Block 1, Drillane West; Tracts A and B,
Registered Land Survey No. 1075, for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as amended, at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,250.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 1st day of March, 1977 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock P.M. , and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this
1st day of February, 1977.
