A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF HOPKINS TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS FOR REVISION OF EXISTING
TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON TH #7 AT 17TH AVENUE NORTH, 12TH
AVENUE NORTH, 5TH AVENUE NORTH AND THEIR INTERCONNECTION
TO SHADY OAK ROAD IN HOPKINS, MINNESOTA.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Hopkins enter into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, for the following
purposes, to-wit:
Revision of the existing Traffic Control Signals
on Trunk Highway #7 at CSAH 73 (17th Avenue North) ,
12th Avenue North and CSAH 18 (5th Avenue North) and
their interconnection to Shady Oak Road (CSAH 61) , in
Hopkins, Minnesota. (Agreement No. 58459)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City of Hopkins officers hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement and thereby assume for and on behalf
of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held on Tuesday, the 15th day of February 1977.
