RESOLUTION NO. 77-2562
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OFFICIALS
ACCESS TO SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX AT NORTHWESTERN
NATIONAL BANK OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins presently has rented Safety Deposit Box
No. 1357, at the Northwestern Bank of Hopkins, Hopkins, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved that any two of the following
Officials are hereby authorized to have access to and open at any time until
further notice said Safety Deposit Box, viz: the Mayor of Hopkins, Hopkins
City Manager, Hopkins Finance Officer and Hopkins City Clerk.
That as of the date of this Resolution, the following persons hold the
above offices, viz: Mayor, Jerre A. Miller; City Manager, William P. Craig;
Finance Officer, Chris Nielsen; City Clerk, Harold Richardson.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held on Tuesday, the 15th day of February 1977.
