RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS a Resolution of the City Council No. 77-2556
adopted the 1st day of February, 1977 , fixed a date for a
hearing on the proposed improvement of Drillane Road; Drillane
Road North; Drillane Road South; and Drillane Circle by the
installation of Ornamental Street lights thereon, the total
estimated cost thereof being $2 , 250 . 00 , and
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed for the making of this improvement were given ten
days published notice of the council hearing through two weekly
• publications of the required notice, and a hearing was held and
the property owners heard thereon on the first day of March, 1977 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Hopkins :
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution No. 77-2556 adopted 2-1-77 .
2 . That John Strojan, City Engineer is hereby designated
as the Engineer for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins , Minnesota,
this 1st day of March, 1977 .
