ORDINANCE NO. 77-428
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 412:00
OF THE 1970 ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
That SECTION 412:00 of the 1970 Ordinance Code of the City of Hopkins
which prohibits any bowling alley which is located on the same floor of any
building where intoxicating liquors are kept, sold or otherwise disposed of is
hereby repealed.
That SECTION 412:10 remains in full force and effect.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins
411 held March 1, 1977, and finally read, approved and adopted and ordered published
at a regular meeting of said Council on March 150977. /
