RESOLUTION NO. 77-2583
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS a Resolution of the City Council, No. 77-2574, adopted the 3rd
day of May, 1977, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of
Lots 6, 16, 17, 18 and 19, including adjacent alley, Block 69, West Minneapolis
Second Division by the acquisition of land and construction of a public parking
lot thereon, the total estimated cost thereof being $153,203.00 and
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of this improvement were given ten days published notice of the
council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and a
. hearing was held on the property owners heard thereon on the 7th day of June,
1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Hopkins:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
No. 77-2574 adopted May 3, 1977.
2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the Engineer for
this improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 7th
day of June.
