RESOLUTION NO. 77-2585
1111 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS a Resolution of the City Council, No. 77-2575, adopted the 3rd
day of May, 1977, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of
the west side of Powell Road from a point 450 feet north of Excelsior Boulevard
to a point 200 feet north by the installation of bituminous curb and repair of
bituminous surface thereon, the total estimated cost thereof being $805.00 and
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of this improvement were given ten days published notice of the
council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and a
• hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 7th day of June,
1977.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Hopkins:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
No. 77-2575 adopted May 3, 1977.
2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this
7th day of June, 1977.
