RESOLUTION 77-2587
A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS TO
ALLOW DIVISION OF THE NORTH 493 FEET OF
THE EAST 250 FEET OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER,
SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 117, RANGE 22
BE IT RESOLVED that the division of the north 493 feet of the east
250 feet of the west one-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 25, Township 117, Range 22, (presently on the tax rolls as divided
into Parcels 1835 and 1842 of Plat 37025) into the following two parcels:
Parcel A
The north 221.25 feet of the east 250 feet of the west one-half of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 25, Township 117,
Range 22, except roads.
Parcel B
The south 271.75 feet of the north 493 feet of the east 250 feet of the
west one-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section
25, Township 117, Range 22, except roads,
as the same appear upon the Survey, be and the same is hereby accepted and approved
and the platting requirements therefor be and the same are hereby waived.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held the 21st day of June, 1977.
