ORDINANCE NUMBER 77-432
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PARTS OF
ADAMS AVENUE AND FIRST STREET NORTH
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as
follows:
That the following part of Adams Avenue and of First Street
North as dedicated in the plat of West Minneapolis Center lying northerly
of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Tract A, Registered Land
Survey No. 505, Files of the Registrar of Titles, County of
Hennepin; thence north 3 degrees 27 minutes 36 seconds east
along the westerly line of said Tract A, a distance of 170.25

feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described;
thence north 24 degrees 50 minutes 15 seconds west, a distance of
6.17 feet; thence northwesterly, along a tangential curve to
the right having a radius of 924.93 feet, a distance of 140.81
feet to the westerly line of said Adams Avenue and there termi-
nating; and lying southerly of the right-of-way of the Burlington
Northern Inc.,
be and the same are hereby vacated.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Hopkins held on July 5, 1977, and finally read, approved, adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Couxicil o said City on
July 19, 1977.
