Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
City Council of the City of Hopkins
Hennepin County, Minnesota
411 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a
meeting of the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, was duly held at the Council Chambers in
said city on Tuesday , the 2nd day of August , 1977, at
Seven o' clock P .M.
The following members of the City Council were present:
Mayor Miller, Councilmen McDonald, Slaton and Lohmann.
and the following were absent: Councilman Hilbert
Councilman Lohmann introduced and read the
following written resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A PROPOSED
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO BE CONSTRUCTED AND
FINANCED UNDER THE MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
ACT, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION
TO THE COMMISSIONER OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR APPROVAL
THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS
AND MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROJECT
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Slaton , and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted AYE: Councilman McDonald,
Slaton, Lohman and Mayor Miller.
and the following voted NO: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
