RESOLUTION NO. 77-2608
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS a Resolution of the City Council No. 77-2598 adopted the
19th day of July, 1977, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement
of the north 21 feet of Lot 23 and south 43 5/10 feet of Lot 24, including
adjacent 1/2 of alley vacated, Block 6, West Minneaplis by the acquisition
of land and construction of parking lot thereon, the total estimated cost of
the project being $34,500.00 and,
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of this improvement were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and a hearing was
held and the property owners heard thereon on the 19th day of July, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Hopkins:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
No. 77-2598 adopted July 19, 1977.
2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 16th
day of August, 1977.
