ORDINANCE NUMBER 77-431
AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN ALLEYS IN
BLOCK 69, WEST MINNEAPOLIS, SECOND DIVISION,
IN THE CITY OF HOPKINS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
That that part of the north-south alley in Block 69, West Minneapolis,
Second Division, lying and located north of the extension across said alley of
the southerly boundary lines of Lots 9 and 16 in said Block 69, West Minneapolis,
Second Division; and all of the east-west alley in said Block 69 lying and located
upon the south 20 feet of Lot 23 of said Block 69, shall be and the same are
hereby vacated as public thoroughfares subject to easements therein, if any, now
existing for public utilities.
• First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins
held on June 21, 1977, and finally read, approved, adopted and ordered published
at a regular meeting of said Council of said City on the 6th day of September 1977.
