ORDINANCE NUMBER 77-434
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING "THE 1977
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS"
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
SECTION 1. That all of the Ordinances heretofore enacted and adopted by
the City Council which are now contained in the codification known and hereafter
cited as "The 1977 Code of Ordinances of the City of Hopkins", which Code has been
prepared and published pursuant to authorization of the City Council and M.S.A.
415.02 and 415.021, and other laws of the State of Minnesota pertaining thereto,
and copies of which Code are on file in the office of the Hopkins City Clerk and
are there available in substantial quantity for distribution to the public, is
hereby passed and adopted as the official Code of Ordinances in and for the City
of Hopkins.
SECTION 2. That said 1977 Code of Ordinances of the City of Hopkins is
hereby declared to be prima facie evidence of the laws of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, and shall be received in evidence in all Courts.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is adopted pursuant to M.S.A 415.02
and 415.021.
First read at a regular meetin of the Council of the City of Hopkins
P. held on August 2, 1977, and finally read; a roved, _adopted and ordered published
at a regular meeting of said Council of sal' pity 9E2 October 4, 19977 .

NOTICE OF CODIFICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to M.S.A. 415.02 and 415.021 that cer-
tain Ordinances of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota have been published in a Code
known and hereafter cited as "The 1977 Code of Ordinances of the City of Hopkins",
which Code has been passed and adopted by the Hopkins City Council.
That a substantial quantity of said Codification has been printed in
general distribution to the public, and that copies thereof are available at the
office of the Hopkins City Clerk in the City Hall at 1010 First Street South,
Hopkins, Minnesota.
Dated this 4th day of October 1977.' "
