RESOLUTION NO. 77-2630
411 A RESOLUTION APPROVING 1977 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1978
RE IT EESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS, HENNEPIN
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be levied for the current
year, collectible in 1978, upon the taxable property in said City of Hopkins,
for the following purposes:
GENERAL FUND $1,575,994
Provision has been made for payment of the City's contributory
share to the Public Employees Retirement Association.
Provision has also been made for the principal and interest on the
P.I.R. Fund Bond Issue of 4-1-64 and 7-1-72, Water Revenue Bonds of 6-1-67,
Sanitary Sewer Revenue Bonds of 7-1-70 and Park Improvement Bonds of 7-1-70.
RI", IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor
of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
at a regular mooting held on the 4th day of October 1977.
