RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION BY THE
CITY OF HOPKINS OF CERTAIN LANDS FORFEITED
TO THE STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR NONPAYMENT OF
REAL ESTATE TAXES IN PRIOR YEARS
PURSUANT TO M.S.A. CHAPFER 282
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins
that the said City of Hopkins inunediately acquire from the State of
Minnesota, pursuant to M.S.A. Chapter 282, the following parcel of land
situated in Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, viz:
The South two feet of Lot 7, Block 3, West Minneapolis
(Plat 37630, Parcel 835)
to be used by the City for public parking and installation and maintenance
of public utilities and related purposes.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of October, 1977.
