ORDINANCE NO. 82-513
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF
HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE #427 PERTAINING
TO AND REGULATING COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT
DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
SECTION I: That part of Hopkins Zoning Ordinance cited as 427.04
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following additional definitions
4a AMUSEMENT DEVICES: Any coin operated pinball or video
and electronic games or other similar machines.
84a PINBALL MACHINE: See Amusement Devices
SECTION II: That Section 427.35 of said Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following permitted use.
The operation of Amusement Devices may be allowed pursuant to proper City permit or
license therefor in the three (3) B Use Districts, except that not more than three
(3) pinball machines or related amusement devices shall be permitted or operated in
any location in any B-1 and B-2 use Districts.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hopkins held
July 20, 1982 and finally read, approved, adopted and ordered published at a regular
meeting of said Council of said City on August 3, 1982.
