11 RESOLUTION NO. 82-3019
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 82-3018 of the Council
adopted August 31st, 1982, a report has been prepared by John Strojan,
City Engineer, with reference to the extension of sanitary sewer on
the easement on west side of the Hopkins Arches to serve the Massey-
Ferguson property and assessed to Tracts N, M and P, Registered Land
Survey No. 561 and Lot 91, Auditors Subdivision No. 239 and this
report was received by the Council on August 31st, 1982, showing a
1110 total cost of $14,166.85.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the report
prepared by John Strojan, City Engineer.
2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 31st day of August, 1982.
