RESOLUTION NO. 82-3024
A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS
FOR DIVISION OF LOT 12, BLOCK 7, "BELLGROVE"
411/ INTO TWO PARCELS.
WHEREAS, James Duff has applied to the City Council of Hopkins for
approval of a division of P.I.D. #13-117-22-24-0030 lying within the N 2 of
Section 14, T117, $22, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, into two
parcels as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 12, Block 7, "BELLGROVE" except
That part of lot 12, Block 7, "BELLGROVE", according to the recorded plat thereof
lying southeasterly of a line drawn from a point on the southerly line of said lot
12 distant 77.20 feet westerly from the southeast corner of said Lot 12, to a
point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 12 distant 46.97 feet northwesterly from
said southeast corner.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 12, Block 7, "BELLGROVE", according to the recorded plat thereof lying
southeasterly of a line drawn from a point on the southerly line of said lot 12 distant
77.20 feet westerly from the southeast corner of said Lot 12, to a point on the
northeast line of said Lot 12 distant 46.97 feet northwesterly from said southeast corner.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins that said premises as above described may be divided as hereinabove set forth
without further platting or other formal subdivision requirements.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
at a special meeting held the 28th day of September, 1982.
