06-02-2015 Work Session after City Council Meeting MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, June 2, 2015
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:55 p.m.
Present at the meeting were the following:
x Eugene Maxwell, Mayor x Kristi Halverson, Council
x Jason Gadd, Council x Aaron Kuznia, Council
x Molly Cummings, Council x Mike Mornson, City Manager
x Kersten Elverum, PED Dir. x Steve Stadler, PW Director
Council Member Kuznia requested staff to look at the Battery Plus property to see if they have
too many signs.
Mayor Maxwell asked City Manager Mornson to look into the Shady Oak Road Redevelopment.
Ms. Elverum provided an update on the next steps for council on SWLRT project. She also
provided an update on facade improvement project.
City Manager Mornson provided the following:
• Reviewed a meeting he had with the Mayor about the next steps for the Historical Society
for the development of the Masonic Lodge.
• Reviewed upcoming meeting schedule for Council.
There being no further business to come before the Council and upon a motion by Cummings,
seconded by Kuznia, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
