RESOLUTION NO. 82-3038
A RESOLUTION REGARDING P. I.R.
FUND INTEREST ON CAPITAL SUM
WHEREAS , it has been established practice in this
city to use the interest from the Capital portion of the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund for the construction or reconstruction
of needed public buildings ,
WHEREAS, favorable bids have alleviated the need for
funding for 1982 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
IIIHOPKINS, MINNESOTA, as follows :
1. The interest on the Capital Sum (830, 000) of the
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund shall be applied to that Fund
for 1982 .
Adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins , Minnesota,
this 7th day of December, 1982 .
