Resolved that the City of Hopkins enter into

Contract ' 61020 with the State of Minnesota, Department of

Transportation, to provide a public transportation service in
the City of Hopkins
•
(service area)
Further resolved that the City of Hopkins
agrees to
(recipient)
provide 33.3 percent of the total deficit of the transit project from
local funds.
Further resolved that authorization to execute the aforementioned Contract and
any amendments thereto is hereby given to the Mayor
