RESOLUTION NO. 82-3042
RESOLUTION
• BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Hopkins enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota , Department of
Transportation for the following purposes , to-wit :
To revise existing Agreement No. 60833 dated
August 10 , 1982 in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth and contained in
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Agreement No.
60833 , a copy of which was before the Council .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers
be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement , and
thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contractual obligations contained therein .
