83-525 • CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota ORDINANCE 83 - 525 AN ORDINANCE AMIENDING THAT PART OF THE HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 427 PERTAINING TO CHILDREN'S NURSERY DAY CARE USE. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows: DKWINITIONS That Section 427.04 (78) is repealed and there is hereby enacted and adopted in place thereof the following: (78) NURSERY - DAY CARE: Where care of children is provided for pay in premises licensed by the State. REGULATIONS OF NURSERY - DAY CARE: That that part of said Hopkins Zoning Ordinance No. 427.33(2)(k) is hereby repealed and there is hereby enacted and adopted in place thereof the following provision: (k) Within "R-2", "R-3", "R-4", "R-5", and "R-6" Districts, day care for more than five and less than eleven children is allowed provided such premises are licen- sed therefor by the State of Minnesota. SECTION 427.34: Section 427.34 is hereby amended by adding thereto Subsection 11 as follows: (11) Day Care for not more than five children provided such premises are licensed by the State, if required.
