ORDINANCE NO. 78-440
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 445 KNOWN AS
THE "MILK ORDINANCE" AND SECTION 448 KNOWN AS
THE "MILK TRUCK ORDINANCE" OF THE 1977 CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as
follows:
That Section 445 sometimes known as the Hopkins Milk
Ordinance and Section 448 sometimes known as the Milk Truck Ordinance,
both of which Sections are contained in the 1977 Code of Ordinances
of the City of Hopkins, are hereby repealed in their entirety.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Hopkins held February 21, 1978, and finally read, approved, adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council of said
City on March 7, 1978.
