AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 2 AND PART OF
14th AVENUE SOUTH AND OF 6th STREET SOUTH, ALL IN L. P. CREVIER'S FIRST
ADDITION TO WEST MINNEAPOLIS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
41111 THAT the following parts of the following described alley, avenue
and street in L. P. Crevier's First Addition to West Minneapolis be and
the same hereby are vacated:
(a) All of the North-South alley in Block 2.
(b) That part of 14th Avenue South lying Southerly of the
extension across it of the South boundary line of Lot 5,
Block 2, L. P. Crevier's First Addition to West Minneapolis.
(c) That part of 6th Street South lying between the Westerly
boundary lines across it of Blocks 1 and 2, L. P. Crevier's
First Addition to West Minneapolis.
• First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins
held March 7, 1978, and finally read, approved and adopted and ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council of said Cit to 21st
day of March, 1978.
