ORDINANCE NO. 78-.442
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 424 OF 1977 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS PERTAINING TO BONDING OF DEALERS IN MOTOR VEHICLES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
THAT Section 424:08 Subd 7 be and is hereby repealed and there is
• hereby enacted in place thereof the following as said Subd 7:
SUBD 7 The filing of a copy of any bond required by
and filed with the State of Minnesota as required by
M.S.A. 168:27 Subd 24.
THAT Section 424:28 of said Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed
and there is enacted in place thereof the following as Section 424:28:
424:28 BOND REQUIRED Each application of a license pursuant
to this ordinance shall be accompanied by a copy of any bond posted or
filed by such applicant with the State of Minnesota pursuant to M.S.A. 168:27
Subd 24 and 25.

held March 7, 1978, and finally read, approved and adopted and ordered
