That at the April 4, 1978, meeting of the Council, Council-
man Milbert moved and Dr. Slaton seconded the motion, that the
Mayor' s appointment of the above stated Councilmen as Commissioners
of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Hopkins, Minnesota,
be approved, and that each and every Councilman voted aye, and
the motion carried unanimously.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Housing and
Redevelopment Act of the State of Minnesota and by virtue of my
office of Mayor, I hereby appoint the persons hereinafter named
to serve as Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of Hopkins, Minnesota and to serve for the term of office after
his name.
COUNCILMAN ROBERT J. MCDONALD, appointed for
a one year term;
COUNCILMAN DONALD J. MILBERT, appointed for
a one year term;
