RESOLUTION NO. 75-2414
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
OFFICIALS ACCESS TO SAFETY
DEPOSIT BOX AT NORTHWESTERN BANK
OF HOPKINS, HOPKINS, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins presently has rented Safety
Deposit Box No. 1357 at the Northwestern Bank of Hopkins, Hopkins,
Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, It is hereby Resolved that any two of the
following Officials are hereby authorized to have access to and open
• at any time until further notice said safety deposit box, viz: the
Mayor of Hopkins, Hopkins City Manager, Hopkins Finance Officer and
Hopkins City Clerk.
That as of the date of this Resolution, the following
persons hold the above offices, viz: Mayor, Henry Pokorny; City
Manager, Peter Cotton; Finance Officer, Chris Nielsen; City Clerk,
Harold Richardson.
Passed and adopted at the regular meeting of the Hopkins
City Council held January 7, 1975.
