AN ORDINANCE Ah�NDING SECTION 500
OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS AS TO
CERTAIN ELE�TRICAI, PERMIT AND
, INSPECTION FEES AND CHARGES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins that Sub-
divisions .195, .196, .198, .200 and .201 of Section 500 of the 1973
Code of Ordinances of the City of Hopkins be and the same hereby are
repealed, and there is hereby enacted and adopted in lieu thereof the
following fees and charges payable in connection with the inspection
and permits pertaining to certain electrical installations:
Subdivision .196. INSPECTION FEES for each separate inspection
of installation, replacement, alteration or repair to any circuit from
• 0 to 30 AMP.
FEE: Minimum per inspection, $5.00.
Subdivision .198. CIRCUITS, INSTALLATION OF, ADDITIONS, ALT'ERA-
TIONS OR REPAIRS; each clrcuit or sub-feeder to be comq�uted separately
including circuits fed from sub-feeders and including the eauipment served,
plus fees as set forth in items .199, .200 and .20 L
FEE: 0 to 30 AMPS, $1.50; 31 to 100 A1��S, $3.00; for each
additional 100 AMPS or fraction thereof, $1.00. The fee for circuits
of over 250 volts shall be double the above fee.
',Subdivision .200. TRANSFORMERS FOR SICTIS AND OUTLINE LIC�-iTING.
FEE: 0 to 500 VA, $6.00 per t.mit; each additional 100 VA or
fraction thereof, $.20 per tmit.
Subdivision .201. RENK)TE CONTROL SIGNAL CIRCUITS and circuits
of less than 500 vo ts except in dwellings) .
FEE: 1 to 10 openings, $5.00; each additional 10 openings or
� fraction thereof, $.50.
First read at a regular meeting of the Coi.mcil of the City of
Hopkins held January 7, 1975 and finally read, approved and ad ed and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said CoLmcil on J 21,
1975.
