RESOLUTION NO. 75-2416
APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE-AID FUNDS
TO C.S.A.H. PROJECT
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of
Hopkins to participate in the cost of a construction project located on
C.S.A.H. No. ].8 within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department
of Highways and identified in its records as S.P. No. 27-618-27.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropria�e from
our Municipal State Aid Funds the sum of $117,793.11 dollars to apply
toward the construction of said project and request the Commissioner of
Highways to approve this authorization.
